qqvip Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and qqvip (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the qqvip website at https://qqvip.club and all associated services, products, and features made available through that domain.

By accessing the qqvip website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any service offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close any account you have created.

• You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal structures may not register player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

• You must register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal above the applicable threshold is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following timeframes: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours; bank transfer withdrawals are completed within one to three business days.
• qqvip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or suspicious.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim a bonus multiple times will be permanently suspended.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without notice.

qqvip is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To maintain the integrity of the platform, certain forms of conduct are strictly prohibited. By using qqvip, you agree to refrain from any of the following activities:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit qqvip's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
